Article 1. The Court Organization Law shall be partially amended as follows: The following proviso shall be added to Article 57, Paragraph 2: But some of them may be first class officials. The maximum number shall be fixed elsewhere by statute.

Article 2. The Law for the Enforcement of the Court Organization Law shall be partially amended as follows: In Article 3, Paragraph 7, "within six months after the enforcement of the Court Organization Law" shall read "by the 31st of December of the 22nd year of Showa (1947)."

Article 3. Law No.64 of the 22nd year of Showa (1947) shall be partially amended as follows: In Article 1," full time service 814 and "full time service 250 " shall read "full time service 867" "full time service 252 ." In Article 3,the following paragraph shall be added: The maximum number of officials who may be first class officials in accordance with the provisions of the proviso to Article 57, Paragraph 2 of the Court Organization Law shall be ten. In Article 4," full time service 1," "full time service 176" and "full time service 2764 "shall respectively read " full time service 4," "full time service 259" and "full time service 3157 " In Article 5," full time service 1 and"full time service 2 "shall read" full time service 2" "full time service 11 ."

Article 4. Law No.65 of the 22nd year of Showa (1947) shall be partially amended as follows: In Article 3, Paragraph 2, "or second" shall be deleted, and in Paragraph 4 of the same Article, before "second rank" there shall be added "first or."
