I hereby promulgate the Law concerning the Abrogation of the Foreign Trade Association Law. Signed:HIROHITO, Seal of the Emperor This twenty-first day of the tenth month of the twenty-second year of Showa (October 21, 1947) Prime Minister KATAYAMA Tetsu Law No.123 The Foreign Trade Association Law shall be rescinded. Supplementary Provisions: The present Law shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation. The former Law shall be still effective with regard to the application of the provisions of penalty upon the deeds done before the enforcement of this Law and also with regard to the liquidation and registration of foreign trade associations.
