Article 1. The contingent funds of courts shall be placed under the supervision of the President of the Supreme Court.

Article 2. For making any disbursement out of the contingent funds of courts, sanction of the Judicial Assembly of the Supreme Court shall be obtained beforehand, or ex post facts according to circumstances.
