I hereby promulgate the Law concerning the partial amendments to the Settlers'Fund Financing Law. Signed:HIROHITO, Seal of the Emperor This second day of the tenth month of the twenty-second year of Showa (October 2, 1947) Prime Minister KATAYAMA Tetsu Law No.114 Partial amendments shall be made to the Settlers'Fund Financing Law. To Article 1, the following item shall be added: Item 3. Fund necessary for obtaining or installing facilities for settlers'common use. To Article 2, the following paragraph shall be added: Deferred period of preceding Paragraph shall be 5 years for the loan prescribed by Item 1 and Item 2 of the preceding Article, and 1 year for the loan prescribed by Item 3 of the preceding Article, and during the deferred period no interested shall be charged. Supplementary Provision: The present Law shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
