I hereby promulgate the Law concerning partial amendments of the Compensation Insurance for Laborers in Case of Accident Special Account Law. Signed:HIROHITO, Seal of the Emperor This thirty-first day of the eighth month of the twenty-second year of Shows (August 31, 1947) Prime Minister KATAYAMA Tetsu Law No.98 The Compensation Insurance for Laborers in Case of Aceident Special Account Law shall be partially amended as follows: In Articles 2, 5, 11, and Paragraph 3 of Article 15 "Minister of Welfare" shall read "Minister of Labor." The following paragraph shall be added to the Supplementary Provisions; In Article 1, "Compenration Insurance for Laboreres in Case of Accident Law" includes the "Relief Liability Insurance for Laborers in Case of Accident Law," and "Compensation insurance enterprise for laborers in case of accident" includes the "relief liability insurance enterprise for laborers in case of accident," until the day when the Relief Liability Insurance for Laborers in Case of Accident Law is abolished. Supplementary Provisions: The provision amending Articles 2, 5, 11 and Paragraph 3 of Article 15 shall come into force as from the day of enforcement of the Labor Ministry Establishment Law.
