I hereby promulgate the Law concerning the partial amendments to be made to the Special Supply Office Act.

The following amendments shall be made to part of the Special Supply Office Act:
In Par.1 of Art.1, "and instructions" shall be added after "with the schedules."
Art.20-(2)
As regards the application of the provisions of Art.46 Par.2 of the Account Law and the Law No.60 of 1946 (the Law concerning the Special Measures about Government Contracts), the business contracts made by the Special Supply Office shall be regarded as the contracts with the Government as the party concerned.
Supplementary Provision:
The present law shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
