I hereby give My sanction to the Law concerning the Abolition of the Peer's Patrimony Law for which the concurrence of the Imperial Diet has been obtained, and cause the same to be promulgated. Supplementary Provisions: The present Law shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation. With regard to the registration of the establishment of a Peer's patrimony or that of being an Administrated estate which is made in accordance with the provisions of Art.104 of the old Real Estate Registration Law, the registration officer shall cancel it in virtue of his office, in case he registers for the first time after the enforcement of the present Law in respect of the real estate of the above registration. The necessary matters concerning the enforcement of the present Law, shall, excluding the provisions of the preceding paragraph, be provided for by the Minister of the Imperial Household.
