I hereby give My sanction with the advice of the Privy Council to Law on the Exception to the provisions of paragraph 1 of Article 7 of the Account Law, for which the concurrence of the Imperial Diet has been obtained, and cause the same to be promulgated. Supplementary Provision: The present Law shall come into force as from the beginning of the present session of the Diet.
