Supplementary Provisions: The present Law shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation. As regards the war indemnity special tax which is to be abated or exempted according to the provisions of Article 12, paragraph 1 of the revised War Indemnity Special Measures Law and which has already been paid in at the time of the enforcement of this amendment, the amount corresponding to the amount of the tax in question shall be refunded as provided for by Ordinance.
