Article 1. The following amendments shall be made to part of the Regulations governing the Organization of the Welfare Ministry. In Article 10, Secretary of Welfare Ministry, "Regular Officials 249" shall read "Regular Officials 246," and "Regular Officials 854" shall read "Regular Officials 844."

Article 2. The following amendments shall be made to part of the Regulations governing the establishment of temporal staff in the Welfare Division. In Article 1, "Health Bureau" shall read "Public Health Preservation Bureau, Medical Affairs Bureau and Infectious Diseases Prevention Bureau." In Article 2, paragraph 1, "Health Bureau" shall read "Medical Affairs Bureau."

Article 3. The following staff shall be appointed in the Welfare Ministry and attached to Social Bureau in order to let them engage in the business pertaining to Social Work as well as the protection of national livelihood: Secretaries of Welfare Ministry Regular Officials 2 2nd Class Regular Officials 8 3rd Class In Article 4, paragraph 1, Secretary of Welfare Ministry, " Regular Officials 16 Regular Officials 27 " shall read " Regular Officials 27 Regular Officials 42 "In the Technical Official of Welfare Ministry, " Regular Officials 2 Regular Official 1 " shall read " Regular Officials 5 Regular Officials 5 ."

Article 6. The following staff shall be appointed in the Welfare Ministry and attached to Insurance Bureau in order to let them engage in the business pertaining to Social Insurance.
