Article 1. The following amendments shall be made to part of the Regulations governing the Organization and Functions of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry: In Art. 13, "full time 50 persons," "full time 166 persons" and "full time 54 persons" shall read "full time 52 persons," "full time 174 persons" and "full time 57 persons" respectively.

Article 2. The following amendments shall be made to part of the Regulations for Temporary Establishment of Personnel in the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry and Other Offices under its jurisdiction: In Art. 1, "full time 142 persons," "full time 363 persons" and "full time 921 persons" shall read "full time 144 persons," "full time 368 persons" and "full time 931 persons" respectively. In Art. 5 item 3, "full time 23 persons" and "full time 37 persons" shall read "full time 25 persons" and "full time 41 persons" respectively.

Article 3. The following amendments shall be made to part of the Regulations governing the Organization and Functions of the Forestry Experiment Station:

Art. 2. There shall be the following personnel in the Forestry Experiment Station: Chief of the Station Technical Officials of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry Full time 36 persons 2nd class (One of whom may be made 1st class) Full time 54 persons 3rd class Secretaries of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry Full time 1 person 2nd class Full time 7 persons 3rd class

Article 4. The following amendments shall be made to part of the Regulations governing the Organization and Functions of the Development Research Institute: In Art. 2, "full time 7 persons" and "full time 14 persons" shall read "full time 22 persons" and "full time 35 persons" respectively.
