          <Sentence>The present Ordinance shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.</Sentence>
        </ParagraphSentence>
      </Paragraph>

        <ParagraphSentence>
          <Sentence>In so far as 2nd class technical officials of the Transportation Ministry are concerned, the regular personnel thereof in full-time employment shall be 26 until the December 31, 1946, irrespective of Article 3 of the Temporary Establishment of Personnel in the Ministry of Transportation.</Sentence>
