I hereby give My Sanction to the Imperial Ordinance concerning the partial amendment of the Imperial Ordinance for Government Officials Salaries and cause the same to be promulgated.

Imperial Ordinance No. 591
The following amendment shall be made to a part of the Imperial Ordinance for Government Officials Salaries:
Art. 7 (2)
Those who do not perform their duties under the strike or other acts of labor dispute shall be lessened their salaries at the rate of pay on a daily basis.
Supplementary Provision:
The present Ordinance shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
