In Article 2, item 7 is cancelled, and item 8 shall read item 7. In Article 9, "full time 105 persons" shall read "full time 106 persons," "full time 200 persons" shall read " full time 204 persons," and " full time 4 persons" shall read "full time 7 persons." Supplementary Provision: The present Ordinance shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
