Article 1. Any person who applies to and receive from the Board of Trade the certificate for the bill being drawn for the purpose of manufacture or purchase, etc. of foreign trade goods shall pay to the Board of Trade either one of the following certificate fees: 1. In case the bill is payable at sight or runs three months or shorter term, 0.05% of the face value of the bill. 2. In case of other bills, 0.1% of the face value of the bill.

Article 2. The fee provided for in the preceding Article is to be paid to the Bank of Japan. The fee shall be counted into the revenue of the Foreign Trade Special Account.

Supplementary Provision: The present Ordinance shall be enforced as from December 3, 1946.
