I hereby give My Sanction to the Imperial Ordinance concerning the partial amendments to be made to the Regulations governing the official Organization of the Ministry of Communications and others, and cause the same to be promulgated. Article 1. A part of the Regulations governing the Organization of the Ministry of Communications shall be amended as follows: In Art. 13, para. 1, "full time 163" shall read "full time 164," "full time 10,790" shall read "full time 10,798," "full time 234" shall read "full time 238," and "full time 940" shall read "full time 960."

Article 2. A part of the Regulations governing the Organization of Bureau of Communications shall be amended as follows: In Art. 4, para. 1, "full time 3,671" shall read "full time 3,711."

Article 3. A part of the Regulations governing the Organization of Communications Offices shall be amended as follows: In Art. 7, para. 1, "full time 47,924" shall read "full time 48,040."

Supplementary Provision: The present Ordinance shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
