I hereby give My Sanction to the Imperial Ordinance concerning the Regulations for the Temporary Establishment of the Industry Reconstruction Bureau, the Ministry of Commerce and Industry and the Reparation Enforcement Bureau, the Ministry of Commerce and Industry and cause the same to be promulgated. Signed: HIROHITO, Seal of the Emperor This eighth day of the eleventh month of the twenty-first year of Showa (November 8, 1946) Countersigned: Prime Minister YOSHIDA Shigeru Minister of Commerce and Industry HOSHIJIMA Niro Imperial Ordinance No. 532 Regulations for the Temporary Establishment of the Industry Reconstruction Bureau, the Ministry of Commerce and Industry and the Reparation Enforcement Bureau, the Ministry of Commerce and Industry. The Industry Reconstruction Bureau and the Reparation Enforcement Bureau shall be established temporarily in the Ministry of Commerce and Industry. The Industry Reconstruction Bureau shall attend to the affairs concerning the reconstruction and adjustment of the businesses belonging to the administration under its jurisdiction and the restoration and improvement of the industries under its jurisdiction. The Reparation Enforcement Bureau shall attend to the affairs concerning the enforcement of reparation in the businesses belonging to the administration under its jurisdiction. Supplemenrary Provisions: The present Ordinances shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation. The Regulations for the Temoprary Establishment of the Adjustment Department, the Ministry of Commerce and Industry shall be abolished.
