I hereby give My Sanction to the Imperial Ordinance concerning the partial amendments of the Regulations governing the Temporal Establishment of personnels in the Ministry of Commerce and Industry and cause the same to be promulgated.

Imperial Ordinance No. 531
The following amendments are made to the Temporal Establishment of Personnels in the Ministry of Commerce and Industry.
In Article 1 concerning the secretaries of Commerce and Industry Ministry "full time 86 persons, Second Class" shall read "
full time 2 persons,
First Class;
full time 167 persons,
Second Class
." In the said Article, concerning Technical Officials "full time 30 persons, Second Class" shall read "full time 78 persons, Second Class; among them one person may be made First Class." In the said Article, concerning Secretaries of Commerce and Industry or Technical Officials of Commerce and Industry Ministry, "full time 31 persons, Third Class" shall read "full time 246 persons, Third Class."
Article 5.
The following officials to be in charge of the business concerning the temporal research for the increase of production of chemical fertilizers, shall be increased in the Industrial Laboratory:
Technical Official of Commerce and Industry:
full time
5 persons,
Second Class;
Secretaries of Commerce and Industry Ministry or Technical Officials of Commerce and Industry Ministry:
full time
17 persons,
Third Class.
Supplementary Provision:
The present Ordinance shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
