I hereby give My Sanction to the Imperial Ordinance concerning the partial amendments of the Regulations governing the Organization of Ministry of Justice, etc. and cause the same to be promulgated.

Imperial Ordinance No. 518
Article 1.
The following amendments shall be made to the Regulations governing the Organization of Ministry of Justice:
In Article 7, "full time 34 persons" shall read "full time 35 persons," and "full time 103 persons" shall read "full time 106 persons."
Article 2.
The following amendments shall be made to the Regulations concerning the Provisional Establishment of Judiciary Officials:
In Article 1, "full time 10 persons" shall read "full time 33 persons," and "full time 19 persons" shall read full time 54 persons."
In Article 2, "full time 221 persons" shall read "full time 346 persons."
In Article 3,
re Secretary of Ministry of Justice of the 2nd Class,
"full time 7 persons" shall read "full time 11 person"; re Secretary of Ministry of Justice of the 3rd Class,
"full time 117 persons" shall read
"full time 308 persons";
re Technical Official of Ministry of Justice of the 2nd Class, "full time 12 persons" shall read
"full time 18 persons";
re Technical Official of Ministry of Justice of the 3rd Class, "full time 4 persons" shall read "full time 13 persons." In the same Article,
"Educational Official of Ministry of Justice of the 2nd Class: full time 4 persons, and Educational Official of Ministry of Justice
of the 3rd Class:
full time 5 persons
" shall be added thereto.
Supplementary Provision:
The present Ordinance shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
