I hereby give My Sanction to the Imperial Ordinance concerning the partial amendments of the Imperial Ordinance regarding the Regulations governing the Organization of the Local Government of Tokyo Metropolis and others and cause the same to be promulgated.

Imperial Ordinance No. 515
Article 1.
The following amendments are made to the Imperial Ordinance concerning Regulations governing the Organization of the Local Government of Tokyo Metropolis:
In Art. 1, "486 (full-time)" shall read "487 (full-time)."
In Art. 1-2, "not more than 4,048 (full-time)" shall read "not more than 4,052 (full-time)."
Article 2.
The following amendments are made to the Imperial Ordinance concerning Regulations governing the Organization of the Local Government of Hokkaido:
In Art. 1, "460 (full-time)" shall read "461 (full-time)."
In Art. 1-(2), "not more than 123 (full-time)" shall read "not more than 124 (full-time)" and "not more than 797 (full-time)" shall read "not more than 805 (full-time)."
Article 3.
The following amendments are made to the Imperial Ordinance concerning Regulations governing the Organization of the Local Government of Prefectures:
In Art. 1, "9,858 (full-time)" shall read "9,902 (full-time)."
In Art. 2, "not more than 1,110 (full-time)" shall read "not more than 1,143 (full-time)," "not more than 4,387 (full-time)" shall read "not more than 4,573 (full-time)," and "not more than 27,112 (full-time)" shall read "not more than 28,079 (full-time)."
Article 4.
The following amendments are made to the Imperial Ordinance for Temporary Establishment of Personnel, etc., in To, Do, Fu, Ken (Tokyo Metropolis, Hokkaido and Prefectures):
In Art. 1, "33 (full-time)" shall read "38 (full-time)," "8 (full-time)" shall read "12 (full-time)," and "566 (full-time)" shall read "592 (full-time)."
In Art. 1-(3), "39 (full-time)" shall read "42 (full-time)," "137 (full-time)" shall read "139 (full-time)," and "2,179 (full-time)" shall read "2,187 (full-time)."
In Art. 1-4, item 1, "591 (full-time)" shall read "629 (full-time)," "158 (full-time)" shall read "211 (full-time)," and "5,443 (full-time)" shall read "5,724 (full-time)."
Supplementary Provision:
The present Ordinance shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
