      <Paragraph Num="1">
        <ParagraphNum/>
        <ParagraphSentence>
          <Sentence>The following amendments shall be made to parts of the Regulations governing Organization of National Hospitals Bureau:</Sentence>
        </ParagraphSentence>
        <AmendProvision>
          <AmendProvisionSentence>
            <Sentence>In Art. 1, "and nursing" and "and the nursing of children and infants" shall be deleted.</Sentence>
          </AmendProvisionSentence>
        </AmendProvision>
        <AmendProvision>
          <AmendProvisionSentence>
            <Sentence>In the part of Secretaries of Welfare Ministry in Art. 2, "Full time service 153" and "Full time service 340" shall read "Full time service 194" and "Full time service 650" respectively, and in the part of Technical Officials of Welfare Ministry in the same article, "Full time service 1,037 (2nd class). But 26 of those officials may be elevated to the first class," and "Full time service 306" shall read "Full time service 1,764 (2nd class). But, 28 of those officials may be elevated to the first class," and "Full time service men 485" respectively.</Sentence>

            <Sentence>In Art. 4, "hospitals, sanatoria or nurseries" shall read "hospitals or sanatoria".</Sentence>

            <Sentence>In Art. 7, "children and infants" shall be deleted.</Sentence>

    <SupplProvision>
      <SupplProvisionLabel>Supplementary Provisions:</SupplProvisionLabel>
      <Paragraph Num="1">
        <ParagraphNum/>
        <ParagraphSentence>
          <Sentence>The present Ordinance shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.</Sentence>
        </ParagraphSentence>
      </Paragraph>
      <Paragraph Num="2">
        <ParagraphNum/>
        <ParagraphSentence>
          <Sentence>The Regulations governing the Organization of the National Leprosy Sanatorium shall be abrogated.</Sentence>
        </ParagraphSentence>
      </Paragraph>
      <Paragraph Num="3">
        <ParagraphNum/>
        <ParagraphSentence>
          <Sentence>Those who have posts at the National Leprosy Sanatorium actually, when the present Ordinance comes into force, shall be treated as ordered to be attached to the National Hospitals Board, if they do not receive official announcements of appointments separately.</Sentence>
