Art. 1. The following amendment shall be made to the Regulations governing the Organization of the Ministry of Transportation. In Art. 18, "36 (full-time) 95 (full-time) " shall read " 37 (full-time) 98 (full-time) "

Art. 2. The following amendment shall be made to the Regulations governing the Temporary Establishment of Personnel in the Ministry of Transportation. In Art. 6, Item 2, "33 (full-time) 57 (full-time) " shall read " 38 (full-time) 62 (full-time) "

Art. 3. The following amendment shall be made to the Regulations governing the Organization of Maritime Bureaus: In Art. 4, "administer and supervise the Seamen's Employment Agencies within his jurisdiction" shall read "administer"

Art. 4. The Regulations governing the Organization of Seamen's Employment Agencies shall be abrogated.

Supplementary Provision: The present Ordinance shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
