I hereby give My Sanction to the Ordinance concerning travelling expenses, daily allowances and charges for lodging of those who gave an advice in accordance with the provisions of the Special Composition Law, and cause the same to be promulgated. Supplementary Provision: The present Ordinance shall come into force as from the date of the enforcement of the Special Composition Law.
