      <Paragraph Num="1">
        <ParagraphNum/>
        <ParagraphSentence>
          <Sentence>The War Indemnity Special Measures Law shall come into force as from October 30, 1946.</Sentence>
        </ParagraphSentence>
      </Paragraph>
      <Paragraph Num="2">
        <ParagraphNum/>
        <ParagraphSentence>
          <Sentence>Areas which are to be excluded from the enforcement area of the War Indemnity Special Measures Law by virtue of Par. 2 of the Additional Provisions of said Law shall be as follows:</Sentence>

          <ItemTitle>1.</ItemTitle>
          <ItemSentence>
            <Sentence>Under the jurisdiction of Nemuro Branch Office, Hokkaido: Shumushu-gun, Shinshiru-gun, Uruppu-gun, Kunashiri-gun, Shana-gun, Etraw-gun, Shibetoro-gun, Shikotan-gun and Suisho-jima, Yuru-shima, Shiba-shima, Tara-shima and Akiyuru-shima of Habomai-mura in Hanasaki-gun.</Sentence>

        </Item>

          <ItemTitle>2.</ItemTitle>
          <ItemSentence>
            <Sentence>Bonin Islands of Tokyo-to.</Sentence>
          </ItemSentence>
        </Item>
        <Item Num="3">
          <ItemTitle>3.</ItemTitle>
          <ItemSentence>
            <Sentence>Under the jurisdiction of Oki Branch Office, Shimane prefecture; Take-shima of Goka-mura.</Sentence>

          <ItemTitle>4.</ItemTitle>
          <ItemSentence>
            <Sentence>Oshima-gun of Kagoshima prefecture (excluding Nakakuro-shima, Take-shima and Iowa-shima of Toshima-mura).</Sentence>
