Areas which are to be excluded from the enforcement area of the War Indemnity Special Measures Law by virtue of Par. 2 of the Additional Provisions of said Law shall be as follows: 1. Under the jurisdiction of Nemuro Branch Office, Hokkaido: Shumushu-gun, Shinshiru-gun, Uruppu-gun, Kunashiri-gun, Shana-gun, Etraw-gun, Shibetoro-gun, Shikotan-gun and Suisho-jima, Yuru-shima, Shiba-shima, Tara-shima and Akiyuru-shima of Habomai-mura in Hanasaki-gun. 2. Bonin Islands of Tokyo-to. 3. Under the jurisdiction of Oki Branch Office, Shimane prefecture; Take-shima of Goka-mura. 4. Oshima-gun of Kagoshima prefecture (excluding Nakakuro-shima, Take-shima and Iowa-shima of Toshima-mura). 5. Okinawa prefecture.
