I hereby give My Sanction to the partial amendment to the Regulations governing the Organization of Temporary Establishment of the Personnel in the Cabinet and cause the same to be promulgated.

The following amendment shall partially be made to the Regulations governing the Organization of Temporary Establishment of the Personnel in the Cabinet:
Article 7.
The following personnel shall be posted in the Administrative Investigation Division to make them engage in the business pertaining to the improvement of administrative organization and civil servants' system as well as administrative management.
Secretaries of the Cabinet.
Full time 1 person
1st class
Secretaries or technical officials of the Cabinet.
Full time 14 persons
2nd class
Full time 28 persons
3rd class
Supplementary Provision:
The present Ordinance shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
