      <Article Num="1">
        <ArticleTitle>Article 1.</ArticleTitle>
        <Paragraph Num="1">

          <ParagraphSentence>
            <Sentence>A part of the Ordinance concerning the Exceptions of the Administrative Supervision to the Five Big Cities shall be amended as follows:</Sentence>

            <AmendProvisionSentence>
              <Sentence>In Item 1, "that the mayor of a city is engaged in any business which gives him compensation" shall be deleted; "the regulations of a city" shall read "the by laws of a city", and "Items 4 and 7" shall read "Item 2".</Sentence>

        <ArticleTitle>Article 2.</ArticleTitle>
        <Paragraph Num="1">
          <ParagraphNum/>
          <ParagraphSentence>
            <Sentence>A part of Imperial Ordinance No. 293 of the Forty-fourth year of Meiji (the Imperial Ordinance concerning the Shares in the Expeness for Disciplinary Inquiries Committees and Expert Witnesses, etc. as prescribed in the Law concerning the Organization of Cities and the Law concerning the Organization of Towns and Villages) shall be amended as follows:</Sentence>

            <AmendProvisionSentence>
              <Sentence>In Art. 1, Para. 1, "Art. 150, Para. 2 of the Law concerning the Organization of Towns and Villages or Art. 83, Para. 2 of the Ordinance relating to the Enforcement of the Law concerning the Organization of Cities and the Law concerning the Organization of Towns and Villages" shall read "or Art. 150, Para. 2 of the Law concerning the Organization of Towns and Villages", and, "unpaid" shall be deleted; and in Par. 2 of the same Art.", the Local Treasury of Hokkaido or" shall read "a district or".</Sentence>

              <Sentence>In Art. 2, par. 1, "Art. 106, Par. 3 of the Law concerning the Organization of Towns and Villages or Art. 78, Para. 3 or Art. 125, Para. 3 of the Ordinance relating to the Enforcement of the Law concerning the Organization of Towns and the Law concerning the Organization of Towns and Villages" shall read "or Art. 106, Para. 3 of the Law concerning the Organization of Towns and Villages"; in Para. 2 of the same Art. "the Local Treasury of Hokkaido in case of Hokkaido and" shall be deleted, and "an Urban or Rural Prefecture" shall read "a district or Urban or Rural Prefecture".</Sentence>

      <SupplProvisionLabel>Supplemeneary Provision:</SupplProvisionLabel>

          <Sentence>The present Ordinance shall come into force as from October 5, 1946.</Sentence>
