I hereby give My Sanction to the Imperial Ordinance No. 42 of the twenty-first year of Showa (1946) concerning the partial amendment of the special instance of the National Medical Treatment Act relating to the those who have received the Medical Practitioner's or Dentist's license issued by Governor Generals of Chosen or Taiwan and cause the same to be promulgated. In Art. 1, "Member of Examination Committee for Medical Practitioner's Qualification" and "Member of Examination Committee for Dentist's Qualification" shall read respectively "Member of Preparatory Examination Committee of State Examination for Medical Practitioner's Qualification" and "Member of Preparatory Examination Committee of State Examination for Dentist's Qualification." In Art. 2, "Examination for Medical Practitioner's Qualification or Examination for Dentist's Qualification" shall read "Preparatory Examination for State Examination for Medical Practitioner's Qualification or State Examination for Dentist's Qualification." Supplementary Provision: The present Ordinance shall come into force as from Sept. 1, 1946.
