I hereby give My Sanction to the Ordinance for the amendments to be made to the Imperial Ordinance concerning the Establishment of Temporary Officials in the Offices under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry and cause the same to be promulgated. In Article 1, "full time 90 persons" shall read "full time 88 persons," "full time 285 persons" shall read "full time 283 persons" and "full time 702 persons" shall read "full time 695 persons." Supplementary Provision: The present Ordinance shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
