Article 1. Part of the Government University Organization shall be amended as follows: "Tokyo Medico-Dental College" shall be added next to "Kumamoto Medical College" in Article 1. "and Kobe Economic College" shall be changed to "Kobe Economic College and Tokyo Medico-Dental College" in Clause 1 of Article 13. "Attached Business Management Course Department to Kobe Economic College" shall be added next to "attached Commercial College to Tokyo Industrial College" in Clause 1 of Article 15. Of Attached Table No. 1., "17 persons" shall be changed to "20 persons" in the column of 3rd class secretaries of Education Ministry in the clause of Kobe Economic College; "2 persons" shall be changed to "5 persons" in the column of 3rd class technical officials of Education Ministry in the same clause. The following clause shall be added next to the clause, Kumamoto Medical College in the same table: Tokyo Medico-Dental College 1 person 1 person 6 persons The following clause shall be added next to the clause of Kobe Economic College Preparatory Course in Table No. 3: Tokyo Medico-Dental College Preparatory Course 1 person 5 persons 4 persons The following clause shall be added next to the clause of Attached Commercial College to Tokyo Industrial College in the same table: Business Management College attached to Kobe Economic College 1 person 13 persons 4 persons

Article 2. Part of the Government College Organization shall be amended as follows: "42 persons" shall be changed to "38 persons" in the column of professors among the educational officials of Education Ministry in the clause of Tokyo Medico-Dental College in Table No. 1; "56 persons" to "50 persons" in the column of 3rd class educational officials of Education Ministry in the same clause; "18 persons" to "17 persons" in the column of 3rd class secretaries of Education Ministry in the same clause; "13 persons" to "12 persons" in the column of 3rd class technical officials of Education Ministry in the same clause. "10 persons" shall be changed to "9 persons" in the column of the 3rd class technical officials of Education Ministry in the clause of the Dental Surgery attached to Tokyo Medico-Dental College in Table No. 2.

Supplementary Provision: This Imperial Ordinance shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
