I hereby give My Sanction to the Ordinance concerning partial amendments to be made to the Organization Ordinance of Examining Committee of Lawyers and cause the same to be promulgated. The following paragraph shall be added to Article 1. The Committee shall transact affairs concerning the examination specified by the provisions of Article 1 of the Law No. 11 of 1946, as well as those mentioned in the above-mentioned paragraph. In Article 11 the words "two men" shall read "four men" and the words "the chairman" shall read "the chairman and managers," and the said article shall read Article 12.

Article 11 shall read as follows; Art. 11 Two managers shall be designated in the Committee. They shall be appointed by the Cabinet from among officials of first or second class of the Department of Justice through the petition of the Minister of Justice. Managers shall regulate general affairs by order of the chairman.

Supplementary Provision: This Ordinance shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
