I hereby give My Sanction to the Imperial Ordinance concerning the partial amendments made to the Regulations governing the organization of the personnel of the divisions and bureaus attached to the Cabinet, and cause the same to be promulgated. In Paragraph 1, of Article 13, "Five persons" shall read "six persons." Supplementary Provision: The present Ordinance shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
