I hereby give My Sanction to the Imperial Ordinance concerning the partial amendments of the Enforcement Ordinance of the Law for State Liability of Expenditure for Compulsory Education, etc. and cause the same to be promulgated.

Imperial Ordinance No. 337
Article 1.
The following amendment shall be made to the Enforcement Ordinance of the Law for State Liability of Expenditure for Compulsory Education:
In Article 1, "Hokkaido Local Expenditure and Prefectures" shall read "Tokyo Metropolis, Hokkaido Local Expenditure and Prefectures."
In Article 2, Item 1, "Teachers, assistant teachers" shall read "Prefectural instructors, assistant teachers."
Article 2.
The following amendments shall be made to the Enforcement Ordinance of the Law for State Subsidy for Youth School Education:
In Item 1, "Secondary school teachers (kyoyu), assistant teachers, dormitory inspecters" shall read "Prefectural instructors."

Article 3.
The following amendment shall be made to the Imperial Oedinance No. 344 of 1941:
In Article 19, Item 1, "Teachers, assistant teachers" shall read "Prefectural instructors, assistant teachers," and in Item 3, "Teacher-nurses" shall read "Prefectural technicians."
Supplementary Provision:
The present Ordinance shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
