I hereby give My Sanction to the partial amendments of the Regulation governing the Organization of the P.O.W. Information Board and cause the same to be promulgated. Information Board shall be amended as follows: In Article 1 and Article 4 "Minister of the 1st Demobilization Ministry" shall read "the Prime Minister."

Article 3. The personnel of the P.O.W. Information Board shall be as follows: Director Demobilization Officials 1st class official in full service 1 2nd class officials in full service 21 3rd class officials in full service 52 The post of Director shall be filled by an demobilization official of 1st class.

Article 6 and Article 7 shall be deleted. Supplementary Provision: This Ordinance shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
