      <SupplProvisionLabel>Supplementary Provisions:</SupplProvisionLabel>
      <Paragraph Num="1">

        <ParagraphSentence>
          <Sentence>The present Ordinance shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.</Sentence>
        </ParagraphSentence>
      </Paragraph>
      <Paragraph Num="2">
        <ParagraphNum/>
        <ParagraphSentence>
          <Sentence Function="main" Num="1">For those who are serving in the Army or Navy and not yet demobilized, the Naval Disciplinary Regulations, Imperial Ordinance No. 315, issued in 1908 and Imperial Ordinance No. 121, issued in 1943 shall remain effective even after the promulgation, unless they are demobilized, provided that "1st Demobilization Minister" in the Imperial Ordinance No. 121, issued in 1943, however, shall read "Prime Minister."</Sentence>

        <ParagraphSentence>
          <Sentence>"Military officer of high rank" in Paragraph 2 of the Supplementary Provision to the Imperial Ordinance No. 193, issued in 1946, shall read "high officer who are not yet demobilized."</Sentence>
