I hereby give my sanction to the partial amendments to be made to the Imperial Ordinance concerning the Meteorological Offices Organization and others, and hereby cause the same to be promulgated. Art. 1. The following amendment is made to the Imperial Ordinance concerning the Meteorological Offices Organization: In Art. 12, "1,463 (full-time) shall read "1,598 (full time)."

Art. 2. The following amendment is made to the Imperial Ordinance concerning the Hydrographic Department Organization: In Art. 3, "31 (full-time)" "105 ( do. )" shall read " 35 (full-time)" "113 ( do. ) ."

Supplementary Provisions: The present Ordinance shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation. In so far as 3rd grade technical officials of the Ministry of Transportation are concerned, the regular personnel thereof in full-time employment shall be 1,497 until the 30th of June 1946, irrespective of the amended provision of Art. 12 of the Imperial Ordinance concerning the Meteorological Offices Organization.
