Secretaries of Welfare Ministery, "Regular personnel 199" shall read "Regular personnel 209," "Regular personnel 392" shall read "Regular personnel 407" and in the same article, of Technical Officials of Welfare Ministry, "Regular personnel 216" shall read "Regular personnel 209," "Regular personnel 364" shall read "Regular personnel 345 ." Supplementary Provision: The present Ordinance shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
