In Article 2, "principal official, eighty-five (85) persons" shall read "principal official, ninety (90) persons", and "principal official, seventy-one (71) persons" shall read "principal official, seventy-four (74) persons". Supplementary Provision: The present Ordinance shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
