Article 29(2) The control company, by the permission of the Administrative Government Office and the resolution of the general meeting of the shareholders, may make the alteration of the Article of Incorporation and other procedures necessary for the limited company which is not the control company. When the control company makes the application for the said permission in the preceding paragraph, it shall attach the copy of the minutes of proceedings of the general meeting of the shareholders to the written application.

In Article 43, "Article 30" shall read "Article 29(2)". Supplementary Provision: The present Ordinance shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
