We sanction the Ordinance concerning the Amendment to the Ordinance of Seamen Employment Agency and hereby promulgate it.

Imperial Ordinance No. 252
The Ordiance of Seamen Employment Agency is hereby amended as follows:
Article 3,
The following official positions shall be set in the seamen employment Agency:
Director
Transportation Ministry Secretary
3 Second class-full time
17 Third class-full time
The directorship is to be assigned to a second or third class secretary of the Transportation Ministry.
Article 5 shall be eliminated and Article 6 changed for Article 5.
Supplementary Provision:
The present Ordinance shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
