We, recognizing the urgent necessity of the Ordinance concerning the maximum lmit of Treasuary Bills and Temporary Government Loan in the twenty-first fiscal year of Showa (1946-47), hereby give thereto Our sanction with the advice of the Privy Council, in accordance with Paragraph 1 of Article 70 of the Imperial Constitution, and cause the said Ordinance to be promulgated.
