In Article 2, "48 (full time)" shall read "56 (full time)", "102 (full time)" shall read "110 (full time)", and "390 (full time)" shall read "414 (full time)". Article 10 shall be amended to read Article 11.

Article 10. Private Secretary shall take charge of confidential matters under direction of President.

Supplementary Provision: The present Ordinance shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
