I hereby give My Sanction to the Law concerning the abrogation of War-time Exceptions to Industrial Property Law with the approval of the Imperial Diet, and cause the same to be promulgated. The War-time Exceptions to Industrial Property Law is hereby abrogated. Supplementary Provisions: The day from which the present Law comes into force shall be provided by an Imperial Ordinance. As to a judgment in an appeal trial against a decision which has been received within thirty days prior to the date of enforcement of the present Law, an action may be brought to the Supreme Court within thirty days from the date of enforcement of the present Law, in accordance with the provisions of Art.115 of the Patent Law. An appeal trial may be demanded against a judgment of a trial which has been received within thirty-days prior to the date of enforcement of the present Law, within thirty days from the date of enforcement of the present Law, in accordance with the provisions of Art.109 of the Patent Law. The provisions of Art.5 of the War time Exceptions of Industrial property Law shall retain their effects even after the enforcement of the present Law in respect to the cases currently pending at the Supreme Court under the provision of Art.5 of the previous Law at the time of the enforcement of the present Law. The provisions of Art.6 of the War-time Exceptions to Industrial Property Law shall retain their effects even after the enforcement of the present Law in respect to the binding judgments delivered in accordance with the provisions of Art.5 of the previous Law.
