I hereby give My Sanction to the Law for the issuance of the public loan for the payments on subscriptions to the capital of the Reconstruction Financing Bank and the Industrial Reconstruction Corporation, for which the concurrence of the Imperial Diet has been obtained, and cause the same to be promulgated. The interest rate of the bonds issued pursuant to the preceding paragraph shall be 3.5 per annum, the issue price thereof shall be 98 yen per 100 yen of face value and the maturity shall be within 18 years. Supplementary Provision: The present Law shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
