I hereby give My Sanction to the Law concerning the partial amendments of the Horse-Racing Law approved by the Diet and cause the same to be promulgated. In Para.1, Art.6, "ten times" shall read "one hundred times" . In Item 1, Art.36, "Para.1 or 2" as well as Item 3 of the same article shall be deleted, and Item 4 is made Item 3. In Para.1, Art.38, "three hundred yen" shall read "two thousand yen." Supplementary Provision: The present Law shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
