    <MainProvision>
      <Article Num="1">
        <ArticleTitle>Art.1.</ArticleTitle>
        <Paragraph Num="1">
          <ParagraphNum/>
          <ParagraphSentence>
            <Sentence>Companies or other corporations shall have to distribute their profits or surpluses to the stocks or investments owned by the government on the same conditions and basis as applied to the stocks or investments owned by others, in spite of the provisions of other acts, ordinances and articles of association.</Sentence>

        </Paragraph>
      </Article>
      <Article Num="2">
        <ArticleTitle>Art.2.</ArticleTitle>
        <Paragraph Num="1">
          <ParagraphNum/>
          <ParagraphSentence>
            <Sentence>In spite of the provisions of other acts, ordinances and contracts, the Government shall not give subsidies to companies or other corporations for the purpose of having their profits of surpluses in each business year maintained at a specific ratio to amount of paid up capital or investments.</Sentence>
          </ParagraphSentence>
        </Paragraph>
        <Paragraph Num="2">
          <ParagraphNum/>
          <ParagraphSentence>
            <Sentence>The provisions of acts, ordinances, contract and article of companies or other corporation which cannot receive subsidies under the provisions of previous paragraph, requiring them to keep reserve fund for the purpose of securing the payment of dividend, shall become ineffective.</Sentence>
          </ParagraphSentence>
        </Paragraph>
      </Article>
      <Article Num="3">
        <ArticleTitle>Art.3.</ArticleTitle>
        <Paragraph Num="1">
          <ParagraphNum/>
          <ParagraphSentence>
            <Sentence Function="main" Num="1">The Government and local public corporations shall not conclude contracts of guranteeing obligation of companies or other corporations except those specifically designated by the Finance Minister.</Sentence>

        </Paragraph>
      </Article>
    </MainProvision>
    <SupplProvision>
      <SupplProvisionLabel>Supplementry Provisions:</SupplProvisionLabel>
      <Paragraph Num="1">
        <ParagraphNum/>
        <ParagraphSentence>
          <Sentence>This act shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.</Sentence>
        </ParagraphSentence>
      </Paragraph>
      <Paragraph Num="2">
        <ParagraphNum/>
        <ParagraphSentence>
          <Sentence>Art.2 shall be applied from the business year terminating after April 1, 1945,</Sentence>
        </ParagraphSentence>
      </Paragraph>
      <Paragraph Num="3">
        <ParagraphNum/>
        <ParagraphSentence>
          <Sentence>as the existing reserve fund for the purpose of securing the payment of dividend, prescribed in Art.2 Paragraph 2 may be used for other purposes than those prescribed in the provisions of any act, ordinances, contracts, and articles of association.</Sentence>
