        <ArticleTitle>第一條</ArticleTitle>
        <Paragraph Num="1">
          <ParagraphNum/>
          <ParagraphSentence>
            <Sentence>建物ノ賃貸借ハ其ノ登記ナキモ建物ノ引渡アリタルトキハ爾後其ノ建物ニ付物權ヲ取得シタル者ニ對シ其ノ效力ヲ生ス</Sentence>

            <Sentence>民法第五百六十六條第一項及第三項ノ規定ハ登記セサル賃貸借ノ目的タル建物カ賣買ノ目的物ナル場合ニ之ヲ準用ス</Sentence>

            <Sentence>民法第五百三十三條ノ規定ハ前項ノ場合ニ之ヲ準用ス</Sentence>

          <ParagraphSentence>
            <Sentence>賃貸借ノ期間滿了ノ後賃借人カ建物ノ使用又ハ收益ヲ繼續スル場合ニ於テ賃貸人カ遲滯ナク異議ヲ述ヘサリシトキハ前賃貸借ト同一ノ條件ヲ以テ更ニ賃貸借ヲ爲シタルモノト看做ス</Sentence>

            <Sentence>賃貸人ノ解約申入ハ六月前ニ之ヲ爲スコトヲ要ス</Sentence>

            <Sentence>六月未滿ノ期間ノ定アル賃貸借ハ之ヲ期間ノ定ナキモノト看做ス</Sentence>

            <Sentence>前條ノ規定ハ賃貸借カ解約申入ニ因リテ終了シタル場合ニ之ヲ準用ス</Sentence>

            <Sentence>解約申入ニ因リテ終了スヘキ轉貸借アル場合ニ於テ賃貸借カ終了スヘキトキハ賃貸人ハ轉借人ニ對シ其ノ旨ノ通知ヲ爲スニ非サレハ其ノ終了ヲ以テ轉借人ニ對抗スルコトヲ得ス</Sentence>

            <Sentence>賃貸人カ前項ノ通知ヲ爲シタルトキハ轉貸借ハ其ノ通知ノ後六月ヲ經過スルニ因リテ終了ス</Sentence>

        <ArticleTitle>第五條</ArticleTitle>
        <Paragraph Num="1">

          <ParagraphSentence>
            <Sentence>賃貸人ノ同意ヲ得テ建物ニ附加シタル疊、建具其ノ他ノ造作アルトキハ賃借人ハ賃貸借終了ノ場合ニ於テ其ノ際ニ於ケル賃貸人ニ對シ時價ヲ以テ其ノ造作ヲ買取ルヘキコトヲ請求スルコトヲ得賃貸人ヨリ買受ケタル造作ニ付亦同シ</Sentence>

            <Sentence>前五條ノ規定ニ反スル特約ニシテ賃借人ニ不利ナルモノハ之ヲ爲ササルモノト看做ス</Sentence>

            <Sentence Function="main" Num="1">建物ノ借賃カ土地若ハ建物ニ對スル租稅其ノ他ノ負擔ノ增減ニ因リ、土地若ハ建物ノ價格ノ昂低ニ因リ又ハ比隣ノ建物ノ借賃ニ比較シテ不相當ナルニ至リタルトキハ契約ノ條件ニ拘ラス當事者ハ將來ニ向テ借賃ノ增減ヲ請求スルコトヲ得</Sentence>
